The super cool and super hardy Haworthia, is wonderfully hardy and so easy to take care of.  In the succulent family, they are much easier and tolerant than most succulents and thrive in almost any condition.  They make a perfect beginners plant and can grow in any light condition and can be watered every couple of weeks or even once a month.  Comes in a 4.5" terra cotta Long Tom and is great as a plant gift!
