Delivery FAQ's

Can I get a same day delivery?
*We guarantee same day delivery on any order that is placed online or over the phone by noon Monday through Friday and by 10:00am on Saturdays.  Orders placed after these times will go the next available day.  Pickup is also an available option.

How much is local delivery?
*Our delivery charge to anywhere in Franklin County is $9.50.

What areas do you deliver to?
*We deliver to all areas within the Columbus Metro area and Franklin County.

Can I pick up my flower order from your store?
*Absolutley! We love to meet our customers and chat with you! We are located at 243 N 5th St. in downtown Columbus and our business hours are Mon-Fri from 9:30-5:00 and Sat from 10:00-1:00.  We are easy to access and there is ample street metered parking in front of the shop.  Please feel free to ask for change for the meters!  Our shop is located in a historical shoe factory and has loads of beautiful character.

Can you deliver at a specific time?
*We will make every attempt to deliver your order by a time specified as long as we know well enough in advance.

Will my flowers/order be left if no one is home?
*While each delivery situation is unique, we will make the decision to leave an order based on factors such as weather, safety, neighbors and shelter.  We will not leave any order if the temperature is over 80 degrees or below 40 degrees or if there is not adequate shelter.  In the case that we cannot leave, we will tag your door with instructions for recipient and attempt to leave with a neighbor or bring the order back to the shop.  We will re-deliver same day if we hear back from the recipient in a reasonable time frame.

Should I include the recipients phone number with my order?
*It's always a good practice to include the recipients phone number with your order in the event we need to get ahold of them for special delivery instructions or if we have difficulty making the delivery.  We will make every attempt to keep the order a surprise if instructed to do so.

Will I be notified when my delivery is completed?
*If you have placed your order through our website, we will send a delivery confirmation to the sender's email address that was used for the order.  If you place an order by phone, you will have to personally request a delivery confirmation from our shop.  We would be happy to either text, email or call once the order has been delivered to the customer.

Can you send me a picture of the arrangement that you sent for my order?
*Absolutely! We will be more than happy to text or email you a snapshot of what we created for your order.  Please leave us your cell phone number or best email address.

Can you deliver to a hotel, hospital or funeral home?
*The answer is yes to all.  Please include as much information as possible such as room number, arrival time or stay at the location and recipients phone number so we can ensure proper delivery.

Can I check the delivery status of an order?
*We are in constant contact with our driver/s.  If you need to check the delivery status of an order, please feel free to call the shop at 614-254-6280 and we will contact the driver.

Do you send flowers Nationally/Internationally?
*We are part of the Flower Shop Network and can wire orders to anywhere in the U.S or Internationally using our directory of participating florists.
